PSA will soon be hiring street captains, that will entice those junior FOs at other regionals.

Another one of these threads? Dude, get a life! You are just spreading completely false rumors and you obviously are operating behind an anti-PSA agenda. That letter was about our MEC following protocol as has already been mentioned. Nothing more, nothing less. We aren't having any issues staffing and we are filling classes twice a month. Street CAs soon too... Might as well get your app in now.

The OP has several screen names, he is a complete joke. Take what he is saying with a grain of salt.

If the 700s and 24 900s don't come to PSA, they will go to Mesa(if Mesa could staff staff them) instead. Envoy is losing all their 700s no matter what.

In all likelihood, the only pilots that can staff those planes are the Envoy pilots. Unless you think the Envoy pilots would agree to come over with junior bidding ability and if you think American management would agree to pay Envoy pilots the same longevity scale, the majority of the planes will likely stay at Envoy.

To transfer the airplanes with the Envoy pilots coming over to PSA, would cause a 6 month training gap for each pilot, that the regional industry cannot sustain right now since it is already against the wall with tight staffing.

Why do you care?

Sure, they can attempt to give them to Mesa or even Compass. Neither will be able to staff them just like PSA won't be able to.

The letter from the PSA MEC made this very clear. They need the Envoy pilots in order to staff them.

We'll take the Envoy pilots, how many times do we have to tell you they will be welcomed here. Some will no doubt come regardless if any alpa deal works out. We already have ex Envoy pilots flying the line here.

Your posts consist of, what appear to you, witty responses. In fact, they are worthless wastes of electrons and screen space.

You'll never see Envoy agree to that letter. All it showed is the Envoy CRJ-700 aircraft can't be staffed at PSA unless the Envoy pilots come over with them.

That admission from the PSA MEC showed that the Envoy pilot group can just sit back and watch. The planes will have massive staffing issues without them.

That's fine, there is plenty of other pilots at other regional airlines who might like to come over and sit in the captain seat for a year or two before moving on.

I could do this all day with you, its so easy. But I have stuff to do so I'll check back in later with you to correct all your ramblings and half baked ideas.

Do you have any accurate tracking of psa attrition? I don't think it's to majors. I know who united is hiring, my dads flying with them all the time, it's mainly expresjet fos and captains 50/50 and a few air willy captains or other sectors of the industry again 50/50 to what I said and other sectors. He hasn't even heard of a turd streek guy at all on the line there. Further they have a reputation of being line cutters and there is a good understanding of what happened.

After hearing from a few people who interviewed with delta, I highly doubt many have gone to delta, as they are turning down some really good candidates.

Aa isn't hiring off the street much past a trickle which isn't psa guys it's family and astronauts. It's mostly flow. And yes I know your sending a few from your pref. interview

So where are they going. JetBlue, spirit and vx? Big whoop so are handfuls of 4-6 year envoy, rah, and expresjet fos. Your going to find out most of those you can dangle a carrot at, already went. The better options keep getting better. The lateral moves are slowing rapidly.
