I don't work at PSA. Drunkin is right though, you have 2 months of training, and then IOE. So maybe at most though 3 months between training and IOE if it was a late December hire? I don't know the situation at PSA. Simply conjecture based on what I've been reading here.

Right. That's what I said on the last page more or less.

All the more reason why PSA is a really bad spot for a pilot to go to. Overstaffed on FO's and street captains saturating the upgrade spots while the 50 seat aircraft will get parked sooner.

Your constant faucet of crap shows what a tool you are. I can give you 100 LEGIT reasons not to come here. Your stories of made up goblins and monsters aren't on that list.
At least try to seem legitimate so I can agree with your message instead of coming across like the 23 year old temper tantrum throwing dork in your moms basement.

Fortunately, monsters aren't real. Unfortunately, my facts are for prospective new-hires who are being lied to by PSA recruiters and PSA pilots desperate for them to get hired below them, so they can assure their upgrade.

In a year almost every regional will have a quick upgrade. Eventually compensation will win, someone will match JetBlue rates at a regional.

From what I've been told we have enough FO's to staff our deliveries through November, so a short break to catch up the backlog and get some street captains through its not unreasonable.
Don't forget we probably have close to 200 pilots still in some stage of initial training, so we will still have new pilots hitting the line every month for a while.
