If this is the reason, please do not count on psa to deliver it. We don't have a flow. Lots of people doing the lateral move have AA as their last legacy to work for. The pic opportunity is being taken by those with many sic hours and 0 pic which is the last box to check in this race to delta and united.

I would rather work for Arby's. Bozo is just being a true dummy. Post on a Psa thread and stop starting new ones. SO STUPID!

And WE will say again for the millionth time, that there is a requirement for a minimum amount of actual job offers to be made and that the program is currently working as a De Facto flow. What is wrong with you people?! It is like talking to a wall sometimes.

Besides, are you somehow privy to the outcome and content of the agreement that is being worked on to enhance the program? Or are you perfectly happy blindly spouting nonsense and hoping that some small speck of misfortune may fall upon PSA thus making your miserable existence tolerable. Why would anybody talk trash about an interview process with about a 99% success rate that might be changing soon, if not to deflect from his own problems at home? Answer me that...

The PSA interview only guarantees that the new hire PSA pilot today will take 20 years to get to AA if they pass the interview. Envoy is 6 years, but they already passed the interview when they got hired at Envoy. 20 years is a long time to wait a non-guaranteed thing.

How dare anyone says anything bad about PSA!!
Currently it is not a flow. For a new hire at PSA it is 20 years to obtain an interview at AA and you can't go around this. Unless PSA gets an actual flow and/or a higher number of AA interviews per month it is what it is.
PSA has a lot going for it. Quick upgrades and a lot of growth but your "flow" is not something to be proud of or something to defend. That is how it is right now. Of course things change but to base a decision on what might happen with regards to AAG is foolish.

So what??? Take your direct left seat get your PIC time and apply to Delta or United. People get only here acting like American is the only place to take your talents too.

CP and senior captain briefed recent interviewees. My good friend just did their DEC interview. It will take a new hire 26 years to get the interview/flow at AA. These are the Chief pilot's words. This is not a good reason to go to PSA.
