Have you looked at the LCCs? You should be competitive for the likes of JetBlue, Virgin America, Spirit, etc. with that sort of experience. Upgrade time will be higher, but if you've got a good deal of 135 large bizjet PIC then I don't think a lack of 121 PIC will be too much of an issue if you have some 121 experience.

It appears that Compass is the top choice then Endeavor, any insight as to why these two would be the best considering my current qualifications and career goals?
Also would Horizon be viable option? Someone on here said that it is career suicide but I have a friend there who seems to like it and we have family in PDX.
Thanks guys!

6000 TT with near 3000 heavy biz jet PIC and you want to go regional, are you nuts? This is a joke right?
Do what you truly want, but there is no way in hell I'd ever leave a gulfstream/falcon job to start at the bottom of a regional. You're MORE than qualified to go major. If you need some 121 time, go to an LCC if you want to try airline life. Try Southwest, JetBlue etc, but stay the hell away from the regionals. Anyone voting anything other than "Stay 135/91" is out of their minds.
Just because you check the 121 box doesn't mean you'll be picked up by Delta in a year.
Decide where you're okay getting stuck with if the legacies don't call and choose that way. If it were me with your time, I'd either stay in your current position while waiting for the big 3 to call, or try my hardest to get on with an LCC that I can make a career out of should a legacy not call me. Not a regional.

I agree, you are nuts to leave 135 PIC international experience for a regional. Do something else to make yourself stand out!
What legacy are you trying to get hired at? Look at their core values and adapt your resume to it. There are thousands of TPIC 121 captains on the street. How is going to a regional going to differentiate you?

Actually trying to get some 121 is a good idea. I've flown with military and corporate guys who find the training and work challenging. Better to cut your teeth and hopefully it will be a real short regional career.
That being said- please think about the fact that all flying and just life carry career risks. Simply put; while at a regional you are at risk for many kinds of certificate action such as an altitude bust or personal problems such as a DUI. Things like this can then maroon you at that regional job. So perhaps you should try to get that Legacy Major job from your current well paid and known position?
If you do decide to go regional and are willing to move, I would advise going with a good quality of life (location, location, location, pay, future company prospect and work rules) just in case you do get stuck.
