Default Which Regional is best for me?

I am setting up a poll to get some input on which regional would be best to get hired at DAL, UAL, AAL, or SWA:

My Current stats:

- 6000TT
- 2900 PIC Jet (mostly heavy biz jet time in the Gulfstream 550 and Falcon 900)
- 4 year degree
- All 135/91 flying

* I have heard from several 121 legacies that my lack of 121 experience is seriously hindering my potential to get hired at a Legacy.

* Currently I am looking mostly at Endeavor, Compass, and PSA but I am open to anything.

* My goal is to be hired at a Legacy as soon as possible, so I don't really care about upgrading as I have the necessary Jet PIC.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Which Regional is best for me?

The one you don't have to commute to go to work.

Willing to move, especially for a cheaper area as the pay cut will be huge.

With your flight times and large cabin class biz jet experience, I would absolutely stay 135/91 until the legacy's come knocking. I presume you're making good money right now as well. Don't leave it.

What's the reason for leaving your current job? That seems a highly sought that you're at.

Well first nix PSA it would take too long to go through training due to the backlog in training.
Also nix envoy PDT PSA because AA would not likely hire you through the front door.
But like the guy before me I'd say stay out of the regionals.

It appears based on recent hiring numbers that pilots coming from 135 or 91 only make up about 1% (Even less at DAL) of total hiring at the Legacies. My career goal has always been to be at a Legacy, corporate has been a great experience, but now that the legacies are hiring strong I want to make myself as competitive as possible; knowing that seniority is key in this industry is why I am considering biting the bullet and going to a 121 regional. If I can get even a 6 month advantage I know that can be huge in this career.
