Here are the airlines that I know for sure cover the ATP CTP:
Air Wisconsin, Piedmont, and ExpressJet all have courses that are approved to offer internally.
Cape Air, CommutAir, Compass, GoJet, Trans States, Endeavor, Envoy, Horizon, Mesa, PSA, Republic, Silver, and SkyWest contract out the training to a third party such as Aerosim Training Solutions out of Orlando, CAE out of Dallas, or FlightSafety out of Atlanta.

Hello Gents,
would like to brush up the present status of regionals which are offering the CTP Course and interviewing guys without the atp written.
And regarding those that don't provide it yet, if anyone has any insight of when they may be starting to.
So far i've read regarding, GoJet, TSA and SkyWest.
Any other ?
Regards

Piedmont will hire you and send you to the course as well. Not to mention pretty much a great choice as your career would be concerned

Spoke with a PSA rep/captain three days ago. PSA definitely requires ATP written and does not sponsor or cover the CTP. They will have to change that stance very soon, though if they want to keep hiring FOs to fill their new base.

Just finished up the CTP ATP. SkyWest hire. They sent us to XJT CTP course in Houston. There was about 14 in the class and 10 were SKW hires, 4 were XJT. (I was told by recruitment at SkyWest they are looking at sending people to another location as well. I believe it is JetBlue University. I don't know if they plan to use both or fully switch to that course and eliminate sending people to XJT).
As far as the CTP course... 4 days of 8 hour ground school. 85% waste of time. 15% useful info that will be helpful moving forward with in training. We had 2 days off then sims. 3 sim lessons at 4 hours per lesson. You will leave with 12 hours of sim time. This was pretty helpful.
We were here a total of 12-13 days. Your sims are not back to back days, you'll have days off between sims depending on size of CTP class and the availability of sims.
ABSOLUTELY no ATP written test prep is included in the CTP course. Get Shepherd Air to study. Next to nothing from this course will prepare you for the written test.
FYI I had the FAA sit in on two of my sims they are reviewing the CTP program. He told me there is a bank of 830+ questions that will be added to ATP written that is in final stage of review. He suggested I take the test in next week before those questions hit the bank. Beware that no program will have those questions Included in their test prep for a long time. Hope this helps.
