While I totally support their cause, I also agree with you. Some items are pretty dumb.

"Participating in pre-flight briefings with other crew members"

Right, if they actually paid attention and weren't busy on their cell phones or thinking about lunch or whether or not they've flown with us before...

"Verifying that the airplane is stocked with both food and emergency supplies for the next flight"

Have yet to see an FA do this.

The complaint seems to be addressing all the shortcomings of the previous lawsuit.
