Will the psa flow loa pass?
#6
The flow aside, almost everything else about the TA sucks. It is not a "gift" from PSA to the pilots as some bafoon labeled it. It is heavily weighted in management's favor and the language is not in favor of the pilots. The flow will benefit the top 500 in the pilot group. The rest of us get stuck with the crap sandwich. Sure it will create a little extra movement, but don't plan on it ever going above 6 /month with the way it is written and with the strings attached. The line holding FOs are the ones getting screwed by this in the displacement language and some other areas. If you think the company will follow this TA, just look at their woeful record with our current contract.

I really hope this crap doesn't pass. It is such a sorry piece of crap. Any of you morons notice that if it passes, management can hold us from flowing indefinitely??? They snuck that little Easter egg in there by removing the 12 month language. New displacement rules would be a nightmare for us commuters as well. More than likely it will pass since the majority at psa are fools.

The top 500 will defentally vote for it, and the bottom 500 can't vote. I agree with you, but the reality is it will pass by a long shot.
