Sometime in February is what I heard. No idea how big or small it'll be, but with the way everything's been going, I'd be prepared to be underwhelmed.

Wasn't it supposed to be weak? Like 20 or so?

Well, the promise that still exists is 205 upgrades this year (250 according to some), so if that's true, there MUST be a minimum of 19 upgrades each and every month (or an average of that) for the remainder of the year. Since some here insist AAG is living up to its agreements, unlike the old AMR of the past and according to ALPA, Envoy management is "ready" to do their part, I don't see what could go wrong.

I'm just elated to be on the way out the door. I've posted the Allegiant meet and greet for tomorrow in CVG. Perhaps some will take advantage.

That said, to upgrade 250 for the year would mean a minimum of 22 per month IF you count February. If the bid isn't issued until March, then you need 25 per month for 10 straight months. Odds of that happening? Zero.

But hey. Some goodies from the past....

2.5/6.
They do what they say they are going to do.
The 2.5/6 is all based on math and projections.
You don't know what you are talking about.
It's contractual, they have to flow the min # per month.

I said it was BS at the time and i'm being proved correct.

Dude. We get it. Envoy sucks and no one will disagree with you. No one is posting good stuff about envoy anymore. If you actually worked here at one point, it would be one thing. Stop pretending like you work(ed) here. You're not fooling anyone.
And if you're actually going to allegiant or working there, good luck. They have their own sets of challenges.

My estimate of 19 was based on the more conservative claim of 205 upgrades. I've yet to find any official statement of 250, but some here claimed such a figure. I've been waving the BS flag here on these upgrade/flow claims since last May and have been attacked mercilessly by the Jackals and the Usual Suspects, but now I think it's obvious to most what is reality and what is hopeful fantasy.

It WILL be interesting to see how attrition and attraction are impacted by the sobering occurances of the present.

To be blunt, nobody's cheerleading ENY's actions right now, so all the people claiming so can just sit down.

Last year everything pointed to them doing exactly what they said they were going to do. They were spot on for the flow and announced major upgrades, more flying, and a rapid flow thanks to the 175's arrival.

This year they've done a 180. Stalled the flow. An inadequate upgrade schedule along with the bull**** (oh, I wish there wasn't a swear filter here) excuse that we need zero time lines, 65 hour averages and 35% reserve because we don't have the staffing to flow. F *** that BS.

I was cautiously optimistic last year with a wait-and-see attitude. This year they can suck it.

Worse than Envoy from what I hear from people working there now. Horrendous Maintenance, constant engine failures, and all sorts of other problems. Scheduling worse than ours, Non commutable TDY months, zero regard for the contract. More hostile toward employee management than even Envoy. Terrible training for Md80 with high failure rates..

Have fun with that!!

They email me constantly to try and set up an interview from an old app I had in years ago when I applied everywhere. No thanks..

It's a set-up to blame the pilots for management's failures.

This was my argument all along. The history there is littered with easy promises that always faltered and all that resulted was just a new group of pilots who took what is old bait and got snookered.

Why do pilots never seem to be attentive students of past history and so easily fleeced ?
