I'm sure I have some annoying habits but I think this FO would drive me crazy after a couple of days.
He seems to have a nervous habit of repeating the last word the Captain says along with "yeah". It happens 11 times in a little over an hour.

That CA was pretty much telling the FO what to do every step of the way... and the FO was just going with it. The last flaps selection was made around 700-800 feet.

She pulled the power to idle early while he was still flying, finally took control... and then it only took her 3 seconds to crash it. That's pretty impressive.
