Exclamation 321 windshear in CLT, tailstrike

Low level wind shear. Ouch! I'd like to know what flap setting they had used.

Actually I wonder what the approach speed and deck angle were on final. I have flown with guys who were hesitant to adjust the speed.

I flew with a CA multiple times last year, who'd told me he take the aircraft away from me, should I increase Vapp. For some odd reasons his name popped up in open time quite often.

I flew A321 99% of the time, LAX/SFO red eyes, but hey, I was a block holder (chest pumped out).

If you have slowed to your approach speed and have 7 degrees nose up, you are asking for trouble.

I got yelled at for adding 5 knots one time, captain goes that's why people go off the end of the runway, I said Dude, we turned off mid field.

When I was based out of DCA, on reserve, I got called out to fly with the same guy guy 4 days in a row (1 day shuttle flights). Turns out 1/2 the FOs had him on their no fly list.

Anyone heard the rumor there is no more No Fly List for FOs?

In my experience long landings happen frequently and at high energy states because guys keep the power in until almost touching down, not adding a couple knots to Vapp. This of course gives a very smooth touchdown, but with bad repercussions.
