Default Total Time?

Anyone have any idea what the total time minimums are for those being invited to interview? Heard they aren't calling anyone with less than 8,000 total, unless military.

I have an interview and have just a little over 7K. Not military. Ex 121 current 135.

Not sure about that. I had 6500 TT 1350 TPIC when I was called. I was also a check airman.

I was basically one of the only slackers in my class without a check airman letter or some sort of instructor experience. As far as regional guys. I was probably on the lower end of TT for regional guys. Ymmv since it seems everything adds a different amount of points, but as far as time goes I had about 3000 PIC and just under 10,000 TT.

Good question. I haven’t heard of any, but if they’re out there, I’d love to know.

I had 4600 hours and 1013 TPIC (3500 part 121 w/ no millitry).

But... I did buy the 737 Type after they dropped the requirement. I have no doubt it would have been another couple years and 1500ish more hours before a call came had I not gotten the type.

Two years ago, our civilian portion of the class average was about 7000. Lowest overall was a mil guy with 1900. I don't know of a magic number.

What about Dual received? Does that go as SIC in Pilot Credentials or does it not count at all??
