I was told in the interview that it’s republics policy to not use any sim time during training towards your atp, so that you can take the oral right after systems. So if you come in with some sim time (ctp) that’ll count.

Republic ain't getting killed in the recruiting race.

They require 44 hours multi (unless coming from 141, then 25 is sufficient). Still seems like they get plenty of people through the doors. That's what a great contract does to you.
