The only way you won't be in the running is if you don't apply. It sounds trite, but it's true. And if it doesn't happen right away, hopefully you're willing to keep trying...

Blue skies.

Brown is not a destination that everyone is clamoring to upgrade at. 2nd year FOs can almost see 200k if they want to work extra. Unless you’re just a control freak and you can’t stand sitting in the right seat, life here as a moderately senior FO is as sweet as it gets.

Second year FOs are averaging well over $200k now.

Thanks I applied and it didn't turn me down after it was all said and done, so there is still hope. Thanks.

What status did it give you?
Mine says "inactive", completed and nothing needs attention.
And.. "thank you for your interest in employment at UPS. This application does not require any attention at this time".
Confused??

Mine says "active" and the rest of what you said. I have no idea what that means either.

Just curious, did anyone not receive an invite after passing the Hogan?

If you did get an invite, how long did it take to get the call after passing?

Can anyone confirm that UPS will be at OBAP next month? I know they usually are, but they are not listed on the OBAP website.

What’s the current thought on interview prep services? Various parts of the forum suggest ECIC, Adam Hughes, and others. Just wondering if anybody has recent data points. Options that don’t require traveling to a separate seminar would be preferred.

I used Cage Marshall and they were awesome; Adam Hughes has a great reputation for getting people hired but I can't say first hand.
