Time building MD
I am an early 30’s career changer with a family. Due to time considerations I chose to by an airplane to build my time. The piper colt has been pretty economical and reliable so I would like to keep it, but there is no way I will be able to afford it on the first two years of regional pay. I am looking for a partner at $9000 and you can build time for the cost of gas and oil. My costs have been $20/r for cross-country flights and $13 for pattern work. This is ideal for someone with an okay job who can’t afford low paying SIC job. I am open with moving the plane to the partner’s home airport if hanger space is available.
