Default 2018 W2 Highest Number?

CA(FO) at ExpressJet, what was the highest pay for 2018? Did anyone make over $150,000? How many hours did you fly? Include 401k match and other benefits if you want.

I don’t think any FO is getting 100k here I think our advantage is QOL is better than most regionals. It’s easy to have 18-20 days off due to our ILIW. I’ve heard some FO’s make between 50-80k, CA’s make on avg 85-110k. A few training department guys are pushing 250k. My stats below:

Expressjet FO 1-2 years
Gross: 70k (9 months old contract 37.00, 3 months new contract pay 42.00 hr)
2 months reserve
Block: Around 760 hours
Bonuses: 15k (5k new hire, 10k retention)
Per Diem: 6.5k
Days Off Avg: 13-14

I was just about $73K. Third year FO living in base. According to my company record, actual bloack 886, credit 1059. On top of that is some amount of 401K match.

As someone who is about to take a greater than 50% pay cut leaving the military, I appreciate threads like this to give me an accurate picture of what my income will look like.

It’s meant to provide insight for new hires. Some will brag about flying 1,000 hours a year to make 100k. That doesn’t impress me or others.
