At Expressjet you could be taken offline and retrained then returned to the line. At SkyWest you will be fired. Then when the feds get involved you will now pay for your legal fees. You will then pay for your retraining if you choose to continue your career as a pilot. I indirectly met two SkyWest pilots at Flight Safety this past December who made a mistake while operating a SkyWest aircraft. They were fired.

Choose wisely.

Exactly. And a “mistake” can be far worse then just a screwup... alpa can’t save you from that.. Like i said, You stated something you should have. Call some friends. All you will find here is the same looped recoding playing over and over again..

United is investing a lot of money into our company with new aircraft and we should be taking aircraft away from Mesa later this year which will drive our upgrade times down dramatically. If you get in now at 1500 pilots and we hire 600 or more in the next year, you are jumping way ahead in seniority. A lot of news coming this year and if it doesn’t turn out to be great, then you should consider GoJets which will offer a fairly quick upgrade, decent pay and new a/c.
How is united investing in your company? United bought the 25 175’s and are letting you use them. They bought what 40-50 for Mesa. So it looks like they invested more for Mesa!

Why would UA keep United OWNED a/c at Mesa when they have a stake in XJT? United can make more profits and offer a better product transferring all of the E175s to XJT.

We will have 60 or more E175s on property by next year. We are offering a lower cost to UA than any regional product operating the E175. Simple economics brother! Staffing will not be an issue once the E175s keep coming. We will get E175 FOs from other regionals over the next year as upgrade times drop under two years. Regional FOs have a history of chasing upgrade times, it's XJT's time to steal pilots from other regionals.

You should charge a little more so you can afford your own IT department instead of sponging off OO
