It’s a good idea, but I’d just be worried about if/when the flow goes away or changes to require a degree. It’s not like that hasn’t happened numerous times.

why do you think a masters degree is going to help you when a bachelors is all that’s required. Of all the things to exceed the minimums on, I’d put the degree requirement pretty far down the list. Work on check airman, safety position, etc. while you network heavily to get a PE before you waste time getting an advanced degree unless you just want one for other reasons. That’s definitely not the key to getting a call from FedEx.

FedEx needs bodies and they don't have the luxury of being that picky as much as they'd like us to think they are. Plenty of folks are being hired without masters degrees.
