I work for MAC, previously maintenance, now caravan pilot. The website is updated regularly for jobs. Hiring every once and a while for specific locations. 2000 total time for Caravan Captain, 1500 total time and 500 multi for SIC in ATR.

Typical fly-by-night **** bag cargo outfit. They cut corners and it's always the MX that goes first. Go to the ATR and you'll learn all about "stage four" engines. Hopefully you wrack up more multi-engine time in the ATR than single-engine time. Some good guys, but a lot of washed out lifers there. And as CE alluded to, it's a "good ole' boys club". They're looking for a team player...you know, someone who'll fly the plane back to base before writing it up? Check out Empire.

Not my experience at all at MAC, FedEx owns the planes so they are well maintained. Like everywhere nobody is perfect so you get your occasional problem. Guys are good to fly with for the most part, and those washed up lifers you talk about are guys who actually enjoyed being home a lot and to spend time with their families. A lot of them stayed because of the QOL here. And that is something you have to respect! This is a good place to be if u wanna stay long term, if not you can move on and they will always rehire you need be if you did a good job for them. Sounds like a horrible company doesn't it?
