NetJets hiring

I used to be a 121 guy. Going with the fractionals (specially NJ) was the best profesional move I've made. No desire, at all to go back to 121, none....I plan on retiring from NJ (30 years from now)..

Yeah I used Cheryl Cage for my interview prep. She was a a great help. I don't know how much it costs cause the company I was working for payed for it. It taught me a lot about how to interview and if I had to pay for it knowing what I know now I probably would.

Hiring
Does anyone know if NJ hires straight into the left seat with experience? CL600 type rating with lots of PIC 121 time? What about starting salary. I heard its negotiable? Are you expected to get to one of the base airports on your own to begin your duty?
Thanks in advance

NJ is a union shop - I doubt highly they would agree to street captains - and certainly not to negotiating your own wages.
