Mesa Airlines fires its chief financial officer
News Release
PHOENIX — Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MESA) announced yesterday that its Chief Financial Officer, George "Peter" Murnane III, was terminated. William Hoke will serve as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer.

Mesa is the parent company of go! "Bill has served Mesa well as our Vice President of Finance and we look forward to his continued responsibility for our financial and accounting operations," said Mesa Chairman and CEO, Jonathan Ornstein.

The twisted thing about Mesa is that the CEO JO is acting like he 'didn't know' this was all going on.

Of course he knew what was going on, he was the leader/criminal of the illegal actions they underwent to start flying into Hawaii. They just chose the CFO as the person to throw under the bus to TRY to save the company. All of the news releases try to reflect that management didn't know that this ONE guy did everything illegal. IT WAS THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM!


The future of Mesa is dark aka seniority there means less and less every day!

Read closely I dont think he is being fired....just reassigned quote "We look forward".... I'm sure he's getting a big payoff!
