Turbine PIC criteria question

Turbine PIC criteria question
Paid as SIC, Part 91, typed in equipment, fly every other leg in the left seat.
Legally you can log it as PIC.
Does it meet the PIC criteria outlined by some carriers as "Captain of Record."
What if named as PIC in the flight plan?
ya ya, I know it's been asked before, but has anyone actually run into any issues with that at an interview?
700 hrs of my TPIC time is 121. Will the other 300 count?

I'd imagine that once ur name is on the fplan as PIC, you're the PIC without question. The way I think of it is, in case something goes wrong, the FAA will use the fplan to "officially" determine the PIC.
