To be clear, upgrade will be when you reach ATP mins, and you can expect 60-90 hours/month of flight time depending on your base.

That's actually a really really good point, I feel like it would make sense and would help out a lot...especially single pilot ifr. I honestly look forward to the Tecnam.

I thought that was just a university/JetBlue thing, though. Never paid that much attention.

I wouldn’t expect them to consider a part-time FO candidate outside of a specific program since they could fill the seat with someone who would upgrade much more quickly.
