Default Driving Record & Arrest

Waiting on an interview with Eagle (hopefully) and have an arrest a few years ago but there was never any charge filed and ultimately dismissed. Will this show up on record?

Also, Have past tickets (speed & red light) but they where 8-10 years ago when I was a minor, will they show up on record still?

Thanks!

Based upon what you've stated, i believe that you're ok! Anything 8-10 years old and you've avoided any kind of other legal entanglements indicates a "good behavioral" tract coupled with good decision making. You're fine!

Know a guy with 6 speeding tickets in 10 years Colgan would not continue the interview saying he showed a history of reckless behavior .

Typically yes, the arrest will show - but the disposition will show dismissed.
Speeding etc, - how long it remains on your state driving record depends on the state.

bottom line for each of these - find out what's in writing...your paper trail. Go to the county clerk's office for the county where the arrest occured and obtain your record. You'll see what they will see.
Go to the state DMV and get a copy of your driving record - as many years as they have on file.

Did you get the interview?
