1. PS / payrates much more motivating than before.
2. Many newer hires come from RJ ranks and were used to flying 100 hr straight time months anyway.
3. Juniority of non-Atl/nyc has come way done allowing more newer hires to spread out and spread this effect to other bases and not just concentrate it on the east coast.
Again this is anecdotal theory from my personal observations over the last couple of decades.

Anecdotally, I would think that CR is seeing that many newer hires consistently fly way more than the ALV for straight time allowing for much more productivity than in previous decades. Probably a factor due to:
1. PS / payrates much more motivating than before.
2. Many newer hires come from RJ ranks and were used to flying 100 hr straight time months anyway.
3. Juniority of non-Atl/nyc has come way done allowing more newer hires to spread out and spread this effect to other bases and not just concentrate it on the east coast.
