I did apply today, would like to know how the personality test is graded, kinda like Virgin's . You can tell if you passed it depending on if you get the 2nd email.

Any idea on how many applications they received? Not really relevant to anything, was just curious. Had a Eagle guy in my jumpseat a few days ago and according to him there were 3,000+ after the first 3 days according to an internal email.

Exactly. People keep talking about floodgates opening but the reality is one small hole has opened and it is bottleneck jammed with pilots. Between the regionals, LCCs, corporate, 91, military, etc, there are more than enough pilots for legacy/major airlines for the next 10 years. We'll see what happens after that. I still think there will never be a shortage. Oil, Iran, Syria, Israel, another attack here on US soil, US dollar no longer the reserve currency, and a host of other potential problems always exist to keep our industry in a up/down cycle.
