Default Flexjet Schedule and Quality of Life

Could someone elaborate on flexjet's schedule? I know it's a bid based schedule with 13 bid periods. However, I'd like to know how the lines are laid out, and which options are currently junior (ie. a 7&7 line available and junior?). Also, how are the duty days? 14 hours followed by 14 hours, etc?

Do they consistently get you home on your last day?
Do they have known crew member status which helps with TSA?
Are they unuonizing? I heard some rumors that they are. Any opinions on quality of life changes of they do unionize?
Is the pay daily or hourly (meaning, if I start and end midday do I get paid a full day rate or just hourly)

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm hoping someone that works there can offer some insight on my questions. Thanks.
