From another thread, sounds like calls for F2F interviews have started to go out for the April 2014 window. Checking email every 5 mins does not seem to help your chances

What was the required recency of experience?
How many flight hours in the last X months was the minimum to submit your application. Thanks.

That won't help AT all until after you have an interview! I had plenty of internals but couldn't get an invite until I was current, (I took some time off after my last carrier went TU.)

Once I had shown that I had flown 150 hours (avg) in the previous twelve months I got a call.
