I am doing an aircraft maint. class and one of the projects is to do an excel spreadsheet for 31 aircraft all separated by a set amount of hours. I have to determine when the A-D checks will be due based on flight hours or cycles (which is straight forward) but only one aircraft can be out of service at any one time. The problem also lists the amount of mechanics available per day/hours. Is there such a spreadsheet that even exists? Thanks for any input anyone may have

Maintenance control may not have a "spreadsheet," but this problem is essentially the bread and butter of their job. There are several different programs specialized for tracking aircraft and their maintenance requirements.

I guess I'm confused as to exactly what you're looking for...other than a spreadsheet so you don't have to think about your homework
