Get your point completely but SWA retirement is not anything to write home about.

Those are almost exactly what I was predicting. Rates basically inline with our biggest competitor.
I am a big supporter of pay banding. I think it makes our company more competitive, while still paying us what we deserve. Where the company is able to save is in training costs, which can be steep.
During this contract period, all Captains should have no problems earning 200K or more and all FO's (except for first years) should have no problem earning 100K or more. I can't complain about this.

You are about $100,000 off. CA's = $300,000+ and FO's = $200,000+
Typical SCAB mentality. You may not be one, but you've been infected by them.
It will take a 9 year (Airbus/737) FO on this scale to break $100,000.
The max CA pay (Airbus/737) is $151,200 (12 year).
Note: This is based on normal flying: around 800 hours per year, not the 100 hours per month "SCAB" flying.
If this is the payscale, I don't need to see anymore of the contract. I'm a "no" vote!

Look at the rates and who they are appealing to. Airbus guys getting a big raise and some senior planes. The company is looking to get 51% suckers to pass this. But are they really raises when they park the airbus within a few years (NLT 2017). We can't be this stupid to fall for marginal pay raises based on temporary plans? Scope will kill retirements and then parking airbus and 757 for 739 swap program will make this place stagnant for years.

I removed the file. I agree with SoCalGuy. This "leak" looks eerily similar to the C97 pay scale leak which the CAL pilots jumped on, told the NC to close the deal and, as urban legend tells it, Bethune famously (allegedly) said, "you left $500m on the table."

Just gotta ask. What planet are you from?

Can't debate you on that decision.
