Is seniority going to be honored if the Omni Air deal goes thru?

Omni just bought the IAD operation. If you read the memo, NONE of the NAA pilots are protected. So, I guess that means ALL of them will get preferential interviews.
Will they interview them in seniority order? Hopefully.
