UAL profit sharing

Default UAL profit sharing

The pay portion of this website for pilot salaries states that there is profit sharing at United. Is this still in the current contract? Substantial at DAL, 5% at AA, looking for current data for UAL. Thanks much.

Obviously varies by year.

UAL's formula for pilots was 13.03% for 2015.

Lump sum the following March 1st paycheck.

(Optionally can put selected percentage of funds into retirement plan up to annual IRS limit.)

It's paid out on 2/14. It's DAL-some. As mentioned last year was W2 x 13%

Ps is 10% of profits under 6.9% operating margin, and 20% of profits over that. This year it was paid march 1.

They changed the pay date last year to the March 1st check.

Me too then, anyone remember not being able to make voluntary contributions to the 401K because the value of the ESOP stock maxed out the 415 limits? Don't even get me started on the A fund.

2-3 years of profit sharing doesn't scratch the surface of where we should be.
