Tortilla Flat is really neat. The drive to it is absolutely beautiful.

I've actually been meaning to head up there sometime soon, since I live pretty close to it, so expect some photos from TF in the near future!

I've been thinking about getting one of these. How about some more example pics?

Certainly, I'll show some exif data as well. Body is a Nikon D60. Also, for some reason, the photos that I post are always the full resolution, usually 1200x804 or so, but they inexplicably revert to a smaller size here on APC after some amount of time. The photos posted above are the not the actual size...and the photos in this post will probably revert to that smaller size shortly.

Unfortunately my shadow is in this one, but the full res (for however long it lasts in this post) shows some nice detail.

I like it, thanks. I think I'll have to put one on my Christmas list.

Just some basic touch ups that I do with all my photos....things like levels, contrast, sometimes a little sharpening if needed. If the camera is properly set up, you will achieve very nice results. I didn't have to do very much to these photos.

A lot of what you see out of your camera, if using a DSLR, is affected by the setup you input into the camera. Do the right things from the beginning and you'll be rewarded.

I have more...but I'm afraid that this is all you'll get to see.
