Default Plane on a Stick.

I've always been meaning to get a few shots of this T-38 that stands guard outside the sim building at ASU. Weather and light was great today....here we go!

If I was filthy rich, I would try to own one of these. They can't be that hard to fly, and I'm sure there's plenty of guys to give you instruction.

Great photos.

I know quite a few folks who as aspiring young Air Force pilots came to a different conclusion.

peteq:

Thornton Aircraft Company

Thornton aircraft will sell you one, provide instruction, and keep you in supply with spares.

(I'll give the instruction for free!)

FWIW: I may have flown this very airplane as a student at Willy.

Hey AZFlyer -

I say that we rename this thread:

PLANE ON A STICK COMPETITION!!!!

Who has the biggest, baddest, plane on a stick picture?

Here is my first contribution!

Boeing 707 outside of Ellington Airport - Houston, TX.

Hey USMCFLYR,

Unless you know where there's a C-5A on a stick I think I'm taking this one.

There's a B-52 mounted on the road into the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Not my photo, but I visited there last summer.
