So when you say you have it, hopefully they don't ding you for retaking it every time it expires :-(
I think it's only an issue if you say you have a new one and the most recent one wasn't done before you said you had it on your Profile. ie been dishonest about the date.
Might be worth making a note on that FE-W line if you think it could come over in the wrong way.
I was in a recent new hire class at FedEx and the system (head) chief pilot mentioned this particular scenario at least 3 times in his limited interactions with the class. (Fudging the date you said you had a FEX-W and when you actually had one.) VERY important to him. He even said to spread the word.
They have thousands of Profiles to choose from so if there is even a hint of dishonesty, etc. it's in to the next qualified applicant.
