ONE congressman, John Mica (R-FL) who chairs the House committee has made it his goal to have a rider in the FUNDING legislation that will restrict the rights of airline and rail employees to have union representation.

It has NOTHING to do with budgets. Because of his shenanigans, the FAA has been living on temporary authorizations since 2007. Over 21 different ones that should never have happened. There SHOULD have been a clean funding authorization.

Over 200 million a week in uncollected fees and taxes because of this...yeah, that's gonna help.
