Senior guys are a good lot. Sharp guys with a lot of experience in the airplane and with the airline. Good attitudes. Some aren't exactly bursting at the seams with excitement about coming to work, but then again, who is.

The senior guys wouldn't have anything to complain about anyway - their pick of the high credit trips, turns, and two days. If they want to, they're only gone 5-8 nights a month, or zero if your willing to fly more days (13-15) and bid nothing but turns.
