I know you were being sarcastic but I honestly think that if it weren't for the PR ramifications of a furlough on the heals of the Sokol debacle we would have already seen it. And I think we will be seeing it addressed again in the first part of 2012. Hope not but that is what I see happening IF this EMT is still in place.
