How can they guarantee a set price? Isnt it an individual proficiency thing? I mean some people takelonger than others to develop the skills and the knowledge. How can you say "It will cost $4,000 for your private? You may take a little longer to get S-turns within PTS and it will cost more. SO I dont understand how you can garantee that a person is going to finish in X amount of hours.
