Well FWIW, my vote is no..... No more peice meal destruction of my contract. I'm more concerned about all the other issues that the company is asking for that I am about payrates. i.e. scope, sick leave, disability, retirement, etc so let's negotiate the entire package and get on with our lives. I started my job search in earnest three months ago and have over 30 applications and resumes out. I have my financial house in order so I personally can walk away if Delta throws out my contract. I'm sure there are quite a few out there ready to step into my seat...... good luck if it comes to that. This is my line in the sand.
