You could go to Delta, and have a 10 year upgrade (without ANY growth), and get to fly everything from the 320 to the 747 in the meantime.
I was turned down by SWA about a decade ago, and don't count it as a bad thing, even though I'd be a (junior) captain there if I'd made it.
How much money would you be making as a "junior captain" there versus how much money you're making where you are now?
I'm guessing you weren't a finance major in school?
