You're 100% uninsurable in a Citation. Build time instructing or something else to get some real experience, then you can look for an entry level right seat job at a corporate, cargo, or airline gig like everyone else. Don't expect bonus points because you have the type.
Having a type with 300TT is a waste of money for whoever paid.
FWIW, I got a King Air type with around 1000TT and several hundred multi and some turbine and insurance still would have been through the roof on an E90 under P91.
