First off, congrats on the type...it is valuable as there are thousands of CJs in existence with 3 soon to be 4 models in production.
I am curious where you got an "S" type with just 300 hours; I know for a fact FlightSafety won't do that.
As for jobs...your type rating is mostly useless to you right now. What it does show a potential employer is you are a low risk for a training failure...not a small check in your favor. It will help unlock doors down the road - but for now you need TT as quickly as possible.
