The best thing for you to do at this point is to keep with your current company. I was in your position a few years ago and was lucky enough to landing a spot flying Lear's and other biz jets. Build the Multi Jet time ASAP. The last thing is, don't let anyone ever give you a hard time and tell you that your time is to low or tell you that your are "uninsurable." I work with the insurance companies all the time. If a company wants a pilot to fly for them, then there is a way to become "insurable." FlightSafety and CAE will not only SIC type, but will PIC type if the company can back a pilot being able to pass the checkride. I was SIC at CAE with 800TT and PIC type with 1300TT. FlightSafety PIC typed my best friend on the G-IV/V with only 1,000TT. For all of you who said it can't be done, read the Regs.
Do what you can to build quality time, even if that means instructing part time as will. This job is all about who you know and being in the right place at the right time.
