The company doesn't look at just your TT. When I interviewed in September last year if you had any of the following you'd be eligible for reduced mins:
- Aviation degree
- Jet experience
- RJ course
- 121 experience
- Internship with any 121 carrier
- Good college GPA (2.5 or better I think)
So, my guess is that the person who got offered a class date with less time than you probably had one or a combination of the things I listed above. I could be totally wrong, too. Who knows.
Either way, congrats on passing the interview, now just hustle and get that time! It shouldn't take long to get 200 hours, depending on where you live.
I know the other person has an aviation degree but then again so do I. I dont have jet experience and I know she has a type on a citation so that might be it. thanks, I will do my best to get these 200 hrs knocked out as soon as I can. I just hope by then they dont forget about me. Thats some pretty bad timing on my part
