So the contract is prorated and your buddy spent a little time there. What's going to be cheaper? Buying out the contract or hiring a lawyer familiar with aviation contracts?
I'm interviewing with some places that do contracts as well. I've also not been flying for the last few months. It's part of life. Knowing they have contracts I am only interviewing with places that I can afford to write a check if a much better offer comes along.
