Well, that's the peak level of performance, and the bottom is not far from where they actually performed. Do you honestly believe another NC unencumbered by big brother ALPA and its RJ interests couldn't have done better? Heck, event a DALPA team that was less concerned with keeping a good relationship with management could have done better than this. At least some on the MEC obviously agree with this.
