VOR Holdings is NOW accepting applications from ERJ135/140/145 Captains who would like to Upgrade to the EMB190 aircraft with Tianjin Airlines. These are IMMEDIATE contract assignments and which have excellent conditions.
Domiciles: Tianjin or Xi'an, China
Compensation: (net/after taxes in China)
Option A: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off with 24 days annual leave
US$ 12,667 – US$ 13,250 made up of:
US$ 12,000 base service fee per month (80 hours)
US$ 667 Annual bonus – Year 1 (paid annually – US$8,000)
US$ 1,000 Annual bonus – Year 2 (paid annually – US$12,000)
US$ 1,250 Annual bonus – Year 3 (paid annually – US$15,000)
PLUS: US$ 130 /hour over 80 hours
Option B: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off with no annual leave
US$ 12,467 – US$ 13,050 made up of:
US$11,800 base service fee per month (80 hours)
US$ 667 Annual bonus – Year 1 (paid annually – US$8,000)
US$ 1,000 Annual bonus – Year 2 (paid annually – US$12,000)
US$ 1,250 Annual bonus – Year 3 (paid annually – US$15,000)
PLUS: US$ 130 /hour over 80 hours
All ERJ145 Captains will be transitioned to the EMB190 after flying the ERJ145 for 700 hours PIC.
Contract Term:
3 years (renewable)

Minimum Requirements:
1) 300 hours PIC in ERJ145
2) Current (and PC) in type within 12 months
3) English Level 4 or above
4) Valid ATPL
5) Valid First Class Medical
6) Valid passport
7) No history of incidents or accidents
8) No criminal records
9) Less than 56 years of age at the start of the assignment
