Who would of thought this thread going beyond 1 or two posts. Quite impressive.
Perhaps some have gotten the message as the experience of an individual who has been in the profession for 37 years, travelling in civvies paying hard earned dollars for a seat on a passenger jet that conveys passengers deemed to be cusomters.
This thread would never had been established if I were jump seating. Well I can't jump seat in the US as I've been an expat for over 22 years for airlines that do stress customer service and pride amongst their ranks.
I would like to beleive that the majority of those on this site also put customer service and pride first after safety of operation.
