Am I a tool for hating on this person? I believe I am, but I can't help it. I'm always polite, but I'm running out of stock, comic phrases like "They don't trust me with that part of the system" and at the blank stare, I have to add "I'm a pilot, not an agent. There will be an agent to help you about an hour prior to your departure, which is 3 hours from now."
Tell them you are an ITT graduate moonlighting to pick up some extra cash.
